Cocktail, Desert, or Beverage - Personalized napkins sized 5x5 with 2 sides fringed . This is the most popular napkin to have personalized. These are the most economical size to purchase.
Luncheon - Slightly larger napkin sized at 6x6. It also has fringes on two sides. This is good if larger messages need to be added and if they are being used for more that cake and snacks. Plan on spending $.03 to $.05 more for each luncheon napkin.
Dinner - Largest napkins. The shape is a rectangle. Approximately 4 x 6. The dinner napkin is the most expensive napkin. It costs approximately $.10 more per napkin over the beverage size.
2 Ply versus 3 Ply - Both versions leave a good imprint. We provide the 3 ply since it is a more durable napkin and there is no significant cost savings for the 2 ply product.
Stamped versus Printed - We hot foil stamp most orders. This is a less expensive and very pretty look for orders under 1000 napkins. There are many choices of foil color that can be melted onto your napkin with your customized message. Printed napkins actually are run through a print machine in an automatic fashion. It is more costly to do this on small orders but is actually less expensive on larger orders due to the automation. Printed napkins to no have the metallic foil look but have very crisp imprint for a professional look.
Applications - Most common is weddings and anniversaries. We also do many special birthday (40th, 50th, 80th ect..). High School and graduation napkins are popular in May. Businesses use our custom napkins with logos during new office open houses or trade show conventions. Baby showers are also common events for personalized gifts including our napkins.
